Cob Fixing Plugs (100)

Our RUK Cob fixing plugs are expandable watertight cob plugs designed to provide extra grip. The watertight pin in these plugs expands when driven home, to give a firm grip into the substrate. The internal shank of the pin takes a 5mm diameter/size 10 screw at a maximum depth of 30mm to allow for subsequent installation of dry lining systems and/or wall ties. RUK Cob fixing plugs are particularly suited for jobs requiring installation of a cavity drainage membrane over a loose or unknown substrate. Size: 10mm x 90mm. Quantity: 100 plugs with seal.

Expansion pin will take a 5mm screw (size 10)

Use a 10mm drill bit.
