Delivery & Returns
Mainland UK destinations delivery
Orders will incur a £8.00 (excl VAT) carriage fee except Dryzone DPC 600ml, Dryzone DPC 5L, Dryzone Applicator Guns, Stormdry and Kair heat recovery ventilator orders which are carriage free.
Northern Ireland delivery charge is £45.00 + VAT
Orders submitted before 1pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day (N.I, parts of Scotland & offshore may take a little longer). We do not deliver on Saturday/Sunday/Bank Holidays. Orders placed outside of working hours/days will be dispatched on the first following working day. For insurance purposes we require a signature upon delivery. Please provide your full delivery address including postcode and a daytime telephone number. If you are not in when the carrier attempts delivery a card will be left and a second attempt will be made to deliver the following working day. Delivery can take place between 8am and 6pm.
International destinations delivery

*To qualify for free delivery within Europe on the Dryzone DPC 600ml or Dryzone Applicator Guns, minimum of 10 tubes of Dryzone DPC 600ml must be included in your order anything below 10 tubes will receive a international shipping fee. Please call our sales office for more information or to submit an order.
Returns
We will accept returns that are in a saleable condition i.e. unopened/packaging intact. Please note we cannot accept returns of Tanking Mixes (inc. Vandex) and Resins due the storage conditions required to preserve the products.
Please note refunds will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Delivery fee will not be refunded.
Returns after 28 days of delivery will not be accepted. We advise insuring the items being returned.
