Fillet Seal (Aquatic Mortar Accelerated) 25kg

Aquatic Mortar Accelerated is a blend of special Portland cements high quality graded sands, and unique combinations of polymers and admixtures including microsilica. The product contains no iron, high alumina cement, chloride or deleterious substances. The mortar powder, when mixed with water, produces a very cohesive material and is anti-washout. Aquatic Mortar Accelerated is used when ambient temperatures are low, or when an early strength gain is required.

The product is easily mixed with gauging water to produce a putty-like consistency for ease of application. The mixed material will not disperse, wash out or break up in water or underwater situations. The placed mortar develops rapid early strength even at low temperatures. Strong bonding is achieved onto brick, masonry and concrete. Levels can be built up to meet existing profiles in one operation obtaining a smooth and attractive finish when required. The anti-washout properties enable effective plugging and sealing of leaks in running water situations. Contamination of canals, rivers, reservoirs or lakes is reduced to a minimum.

Uses include: Repair of tunnels, culverts, sewers and pipes. Repair of brick, masonry and concrete in wet conditions. Protection of marine structures, Sea defences, harbours, jetties, docks and locks. Stop and seal the flow of water or grout in brickwork or concrete.

Yield Aquatic Mortar Accelerated is packed in 25kg bags. The yield obtained is approximately 13.5 litres of mixed material.
