Dual Basement Pump: Newton Titan CP150 Submersible Sump Pump with Alarm

This dual basement sump pump system is designed to remove ground water collected within basements in conjunction with cavity drainage membrane systems.

The dual pump system is supplied with octagonal sump chamber, 2 x CP150 pumps, lock and seal lid and frame, high water level alarm, internal pipe-work,  one way valves and quick release shut-off valve for quick release of the pumps for servicing.

The 9V high water alarm is an integral part of this Titan Sump Pump system. In the event of a power or pump failure the alarm is activated by a float switch mechanism. The Dual Titan CP150 pumps are easy to install, connecting to standard 50mm waste pipe fittings. A slide valve (for maintenance purposes) plus a non-return valve and 40mm connector for each pump is included.

• 1 x Locked & sealed lid and frame with 46mm recess

• 50mm pressure rated pipe-work including a shut off valve.  Double pump systems have a three-way shut off valve to allow for disconnection of one pump whilst the other is still operational
• 1 x sump wall discharge assemble that terminates to a 50mm socket outside of the sump ready for 50mm pressure rated pipe (50mm outer diameter-metric not imperial)
• 1 x Battery high water level alarm
• 1 x Octagonal sump chamber
