Drybase Universal Mortar is a pre-blended cementitious waterproofing & repair mortar to maintain and renew the integrity of indoor and outdoor structures.

Drybase Universal Mortar’s cement and graded quartz sand based composition gives it strong resistance to abrasion & frost and makes it waterproof. It is perfect to protect critical points such as floor-to-wall junction fillet seals, to repair damaged concrete or even shutter tie holes. Reprofiling can be achieved through a layered application until the surface is smooth. Drybase Universal Mortar’s resilience makes it more than suitable for general repairs, levelling and re-profiling. It is resistant against frost and de-icing salt, making it great for use in colder external environments such as concrete step repairs.

Drybase Universal Mortar can be used as a single-coat tanking slurry and damp-proofing barrier. Keep wind-driven rain and outside water sources from causing penetrating damp with Drybase Universal Mortar. Vapour permeability is important to allow for healthy vapour passage, especially in damp and humid areas. Drybase Universal Mortar is vapour permeable as well as fully waterproof. Maintain comfortable humidity levels in demanding environments like basements and tunnels. Eliminate leakage and water ingress in lift pits and swimming pools.

Application can be made in 6-12mm layers on horizontal, vertical and overhead surfaces. Choose your layer thickness depending on the scale of the project. Complete small projects like drinking fountains, lift pits and ponds quickly and efficiently with thinner layers of mortar. Carry out smaller repairs and fixes as needed.
