Rainpel External Masonry Water Repellent (25L) is a clear silicone masonry/brick water repellent for external surface treatment. Rainpel will penetrate the capillaries of porous masonry and line the capillary to prevent the ingress of water. Because the capillaries in the masonry are only ‘lined’ the masonry can readily breathe, thereby allowing normal vapour movement within the wall to carry on unhindered. Rainpel drys/evaporates to a clear finish. Supplied ready to use in a 25 Litre drum. Can be applied by brush, spray or roller.

The Titan NP150 Sump Pump is the UK's best selling specialist basement sump pump system to control and remove water/moisture from a building.

The 9V High Water Alarm is an integral part of the Titan system. In the event of a power or pump failure the alarm is activated by a float switch mechanism.

Liquid Vapour Membrane Damp Proofing Paint (5L) is a water based ready to use waterproofing system supplied in black or white. Liquid Vapour Membrane has a consistency similar to thick emulsion paint. It is an easy and quick paint on method of treatment - protecting, waterproofing and sealing.

After application the product cures and forms a flexible membrane which is elastic, offers good bonding and is resistant to light and abrasion. Liquid Vapour Membrane can be applied to damp substrates by brush, roller, or spray. The applied product is typically touch-dry in one hour.

ProBor 50 is a ready-for-use wood preservative paste based on boron, a naturally occurring mineral with a long history of use. It is supplied in a 310ml cartridge for use with a standard mastic gun. ProBor 50 is designed to be injected into timber or masonry. It can also be applied to the surface of timber, although it should be noted that a white deposit will be left.

Oldroyd Xs is supplied in a 2m x 20m roll and is a tough polypropylene cavity drainage membrane embossed with an "X" pattern of grooves.

These grooves allow moisture to move behind the membrane and allow for shrinkage movement when screeds are laid on top.

The most common application for Oldroyd Xs is to lay it on top of damp concrete floors or newly laid floor slabs.

A wide choice of flooring types can then be laid on top, for example, screeds, particle board, and laminated wooden flooring. Insulation can also be used in conjunction with the system, where required.
